What forms of payment do we accept?

  • Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Google Pay, AfterPay, and many more in the works.

How long does it take to receive my order?

  • All orders are shipped from Dallas, Texas.
  • Domestic orders are processed within 1-5 business days and transit time is approximately 3-7 business days if no delays from within the USPS network.
  • International orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Transit time varies.
  • Please contact the USPS directly with your tracking number to inquire about any shipping related issues/delays as we are not the postal carrier. 

How much is shipping?


  • Shipping charges are generated upon check out.

Can I cancel my order before it is shipped?

  • All orders requesting to be cancelled before a shipping label has been generated will be subject to a 5% transaction fee of the total price of the order. Cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of an order being placed or before a shipping label has been generated, whichever comes first. Any orders requested to be cancelled after a shipping label has been generated cannot be cancelled for any reason. 

How do I return my purchase?

  • Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we cannot accept any returns or exchanges at this time. All purchases made on or after March 1st, 2020 are final sale to protect our staff and customers. We appreciate your understanding.

My order was returned to sender because I supplied the wrong address. Can you reship it?

  • Incorrect addresses submitted cannot be reshipped/refunded.
  • *Please double check your shipping address before you submit all orders.

My package was damaged while in-transit. Can you issue me a refund?

  • Unfortunately, we are not responsible for in-transit damage.
  • Once orders leave the Juicy by J Cosmetics facility, they are under the responsibility of USPS. All customers claiming damage will be required to submit a damage claim directly with the USPS and follow their instructions.
